Tips for Inner Work Sessions

Hey there, I am looking forward to connecting with you and facilitating a deep and transformative inner work session. To help you create the change you want, free yourself from limitations and manifest desired outcomes.

To understand better the type of session I guide, please read About Core Belief Engineering.

Scheduling Your Session:

On the signup page I have outlined times for sessions depending on time zones.

Once you have signed up for your session, email me to schedule the day and time of your process. Let me know the days which work best for you.

Sessions are held via Zoom Platform. Just Audio is best. Video is optional. Some people prefer not to have video allowing them to get comfortable during the session. It’s up to you. Let me know in advance.

In case of scheduling conflicts, I will always work with you to find a suitable time.

Prior To Your Session:

You and I will engage in back-and-forth conversation via email. We start by discussing what you want to focus on. Based on your focus choice, I will send you questions to contemplate. Write back with your answers. This communication begins the process of identifying the specific issue or topic to address and starts to flush out limitations and blocks. Taking this step will help you to feel confident about the direction of the session and allows us more time to work at the subconscious level come process day.  PLUS many of my clients find that they experience and notice changes just from this initial conversation.

Please note, that on session day, if you wake up in the morning and feel you want to change the topic completely because something else has risen to the surface, we can make that switch.

During The Session:

Please find yourself a quiet and comfortable space in which to let go and journey within. You can sit in a comfy chair, lay down on a sofa or couch.

If there are other people in your home, let them know that you are taking some time for you. Put out a do not disturb sign.

Sometimes during a session people will get up to answer the door to receive a package or let a pet outside. While understandable, I discourage engaging in other activities, because it takes you out of process mode.

Place water, tissues, lip balm, a blanket, anything you may need at your fingertips, so you do not have to get up. A blanket is often a good choice because as we address and move energy (beliefs, emotions, patterning etc.) your temperature may change.

Use the bathroom prior to our start, and if you need to go again during the session let me know. I will find an appropriate time to take a short break. Sometimes a need to go to the bathroom is a strategy by a subconscious part to avoid a tough question, to distance itself from change; a sabotaging strategy. Not to worry. I am good at catching those moves.

The process I facilitate is a gentle back and forth question-and-answer format. You are respected throughout the session. You make your own decisions and choices regarding your change. I am the guide. I will take you as deep as you are willing to go. When I sense a hesitation for change, even though you have told me previously you want the change, I will explore it with you. Changes will never be forced upon you. You are in charge.

While most people require more than one session to address their issue or situation, each session is a complete piece of work. You will notice and experience change from one session and the change will build with additional processing.

After the Session:

During the process guidance, information and actionable steps will come forward all focused on assisting you in creating your desired outcome.

I encourage you to email me between sessions and keep me updated as to what you are noticing and what is happening. Write in your journal the steps you take, how you feel and outcomes. Note anything that comes up i.e. eagerness, hesitation, how other people sense and perceive you. Is it different? Victories. New ideas and inspirations. A ha’s and new realizations triggered by the session.

I will celebrate wins with you. And if you brush up against a little bit of remaining resistance, I will make suggestions on how to clear it. Often, lingering resistance is just a little bit of energetic residue left over from the session and can be cleared quickly. It may also be another part presenting that wants to have its own session for healing.

It is important that you take responsibility for your change and take the steps as soon as possible. Immediately is best. You do not have to take all the steps at once but start the process.

Clients who are faithful to take the action steps, follow the guidance that came through during the process, and reach out to me with updates in-between sessions, always have the best and quickest outcomes.

If by chance I have not heard from you three weeks after a session, I will reach out to check in.

Follow Up Sessions:

I like to book follow-up sessions four to six weeks apart. This allows for integration of change. Time to observe what is taking hold. What needs more attention and exploring. Allowing the next layer to surface. It also keeps up momentum. Momentum is good when creating change.

If you have any additional questions about the format of the session or if what you want to address is a good fit, please email me.
